    I don't believe PartyPoker bundles any spyware (or anything else which is not nice) with their software.

    I use PartyPoker myself, and I've never had any problems with it. From my own experience, I'd say it was safe to download and install.

    One small precaution I would take... download the installer from their true website:

    www.partypoker.com
