No more leaderboard prizes!
While PokerStars, WSOP and other tournament businesses know the importance of having tournament leaderboards, PartyPoker keeps shooting itself in the foot and forcing its formerly loyal VIPs, regulars and grinders into the competition by getting rid of all four of its leaderboards! 
The monthly MTT and SNG leaderboard prizes are already gone, and the weekly MTT and SNG leaderboard prizes will be gone after Sunday. :arghh:
Hundreds of tournament players had an incentive to play a lot more tournaments than we wanted to in order to earn the weekly and monthly prizes. It was these leaderboards that made me switch from being a winning live player to only playing online years ago. Those hundreds of tournament grinders will be gone from the daily traffic, some SNGs will not run, MTT guarantees will freefall. PartyPoker will also freefall from being #2 all the way down to #5 below 888.
