InsuredPlay - anyone tried this?

So I've only been using this for about two weeks now, but I'm finding InsuredPlay is probably one of the greatest things for cash games online.
Definitely helps reduce your variance, and I find it helps me to stop worrying/tilting.

Anyone else been using this? Curious what %'s others might use, or what settings you have.

    I assume they rake a %age? If so, play within your bankroll and don't play insured.

    They take 0.25% which is practically unnoticeable at NL200.
