  • think that this hand really depends on villain reads (guess that goes without saying though heh).

you are deep enough (78 BBs) that you could argue for set mining. however, i don't think i'd personally prefer that play. mostly because it's too passive and you should be trying to apply pressure with your big stack. i'd also hate to see a flop where JJ is the over pair and you priced in the blinds who then get lucky. if you have the discipline to fold JJ on a rag flop if there's too much action then maybe (but i probably don't). however, it does let you get away cheap if no J hits.

this does seem like a good spot to squeeze since you are in good position and the two callers probably wouldn't be calling preflop here with QQ+ i would think so you'd only have to worry about the original raiser (and anyone else left to act but i can't see someone behind you smooth calling - it'd be raise or fold for sure - and a raise behind would probably make me throw it away).

folding is possible as well but i'm probably not folding here unless i knew for sure that one of the callers was able to show up with QQ+. i have seen villains smooth call preflop with AA or KK hoping to get lucky and win a monster flop but i'd definitely argue that it's not the most +EV play.

so i'm leaning towards a reraise. you rep a huge hand and you have position and you have the stack size to go for it. i should stipulate that i am not good enough to move away and try to go pro though.
  • nothing wrong at all with set mining here

    only 3b QQ+
  • seems like an easy 3bet to me
  • I squeeze cos of the 2 flatters, looks bluffy n good!

edit: squeeze sizing like 12-13k and call a jam

This is exactly the line I would take unless I have some real strong reads that someone is laying in the weeds... Way too strong a hand to set mine imo..
Like the bet sizing as well...
