Fraserdowns Race Track and Casino in Cloverdale BC, has been approved for a 12 table poker room and is planning on opening near the end of February 2012.
This will create a number of job openings including Poker Manager, Assistant Poker Managers, Poker Supervisors and Poker Dealers.
Frasedowns is owned by Great Canadian Casinos who also own two other casinos with poker rooms in British Columbia's lower mainland;
