Odd DoN Situation

I have been seeing this scenario more and more lately. Kind of strange basically

Note, this is not a tricky player being strange with the nuts, its just a bad player who I assume just likes hitting the bet button once in a while.

Pot about 700 and that persons bet is 20, I may have runner runner flush outs and boat outs, but the issue is the AA preflop raising guy (only hand he ever raises with and he almost never folds postflop as per my notes on him) is after me and likely will raise anyway.

I folded here, and variations of this hand happened about 3 times today where preflop raiser raises and the min better then folds.

This hand played out as follows

Monteroy: folds
elsergioo: raises 610 to 630
SILVERWOLVEN: raises 730 to 1360 and is all-in
junebug29: folds
elsergioo: calls 730

*** RIVER *** [3c 4s 7d Th] [6c]
*** SHOW DOWN ***
elsergioo: shows [Ad 6d Ac 2d] (a pair of Aces)
SILVERWOLVEN: shows [7c Ts 9s Tc] (three of a kind, Tens)
SILVERWOLVEN collected 3310 from pot

Part of me cringes at folding to a 20 chip bet in fear that it goes call call (though I knew an AA raise was coming in this case), but is it just best to do it, or should one just call and hope it does not get raised and see what happens as 20 chips is not really that huge a difference anyway.

Unrelated note, a funny hand did happen later vs same min better with 6 left and one player sitting out with under a BB who would be out in 2 hands regardless. Pretty sure the AA is a fold there for that person, and I admit I would have loved to win the hand but since I had nothing to lose...
