New Badge: Verified Game Host

There will be a new badge added to the system for verified game hosts. To earn this badge you must have hosted at least 5 home games (new forum members) and have had members of the forum vouch that it is a safe space or they are a trusted member of the forum. I have added this badge to most games I have attended over the last 5-6 years.
