Turning Pro
Dave,
At what point in your game did you decide that you were ready to turn pro/semi-pro?
ie: enter larger stakes tourneys
I am not interested in doing it myself right now, but I would like to hear some details from you on the decision making process. It may also help others who consider it at some point.
Thanks, Don
PS, Kick some a$$ in Vegas.

I have always simply played at the level which was challenging both personally and to my bankroll. Poker if FUN. It is the most fun when the adrenaline REALLY gets pumping. So, even though I finished third in our local tournament last night -- that's fun, but not NEARLY as much fun as being on the bubble in a WSOP tournament. I am basically a fun seeker.
PS, I tried your "beer or two" suggestion last tourney. (May 4th) It worked like a charm. From now on, 2 beer per tourney.
