  • a funny from Dave

whenever Devin wins ralph and bob and I (Dave) bounce up and down banging our buttocks on the seat a la beaver tails on water.

They're really taking this beaver thing to heart!
    HAHAHAHAHA
    MUST SEE TV! :D
  • Having balls here could pay off handsomely, or spell your doom.  I'd think that with the jump in payouts being so crazy, many guys are waiting for monster starting hands...some pots are definitely out there for the aggressor...  Devin can play that role, should bode well...

    Man-flirting in its purest form.

  • Looks like he just took down another:
Hand 10 - Wong has the button in seat 1, Armstrong raises to $16,000, and Steinhorn calls from the big blind. The flop comes 8c-7h-5c, and both players check. The turn card is the Qd, Steinhorn checks, Armstrong bets $16,000, and Steinhorn folds.
    repeat x2 :P
  • Hand 13 - Hees has the button in seat 4, Costa raises to $16,000, Mogelefsky calls, and Witteles calls. The flop comes As-10-2c, and it's checked to Costa, who bets $8,000. Mogelefsky folds, and Witteles calls. The turn card is the Ks, Witteles checks, Costa bets $16,000, Witteles raises to $32,000, and Costa calls. The river card is the Jc, Witteles bets $16,000, and he stands up while Costa considers the call. Costa thinks long and hard, taking several minutes before calling. Witteles shows Qd-Jh for the straight, and Costa shows pocket aces (Ah-Ac) for top set. Witteles takes the pot.

Wow sets are not doing well so far
  • I'd be pulling a Hellmuth on that one!~
  • Oh man - Costa got nailed hard...  So tuff to lay down that hand, especially after putting so many chips into that pot....nothing worse than your set of Aces losing to a straight on the river....
  • Blinds go up! 5000/10000
    no break... aaahhh!
  • Charla is pulling out her A material...

"Button on Wong. So, fix it."

    Yuk Yuk....

Pressure must be unreal right now...keep it cool Devin.
  • 9:30
Devon raises and is called by Witteles. The flop is 8c 7d 8s. Devon and Todd heads up. Checked by Todd and Devon leads with a 10K bet. Todd calls. The 4c comes on the river. Checked by Todd and a 20K bet comes from Devon. Todd lets it go giving Devon the hand.
  • Devin's interview with pokerpages.com now up.
I'm trying to download it now.

    woohoo takes another!
  • Hand 24 - Witteles has the button in seat 6, and everyone folds to Armstrong, who wins the blinds.
  • Chip stack count:
    Devin has about 160000
