According to the OLG Poker Newsletter below, Vanessa "Roussa" (sic) is coming soon at OLG Slots. I never heard of Roussa, but I know who my favourite game theory female player was - "Lady Maverick" Vanessa Rousso.

    Was lucky enough to have my name drawn to attend Vanessa Rousso's Poker Boot Camp at OLG London yesterday. She did about a 3 1/2 hour session, after which 9 lucky participants were drawn to play in a $5000 free roll, with Vanessa being the 10th entrant. The top 3 finishers were paid $2500, $1500 & $1000. The free roll was a bit of a joke, 10,000 chips, 10 min blinds, starting at 100-200 level. The free roll was capped at 1 hour, at which time the top 3 stacks were paid. Vanessa was actually knocked out first. The poker room empty out fairly quickly after that.

    Overall the boot camp was informative. We all received a copy of her book Head's Up Tournament Poker, co written with Annie Duke. The lunch buffett was excellent. OLG London puts on a good spread.
