Royal Cup XIII supplies needed
Created this thread to determine and track who's bringing what...
Similar to last time, I'm creating this thread to track what me may or do need.
1/ Chips - Should be ok here. Supplied by DataMn
2/ Cards - Not sure how many we need.. Supplied by DataMn Al but if a few can bring an extra deck or 2 for the HU matches it would help..
3/ Wireless Internet access - May be available.
4/ Chairs - None needed.
5/ Table tops - 3 from g2, 1 from JohnnieH, 4 more needed
*** Reminder for RCXIII ****
masking tape, marking pen, regular pens.

Perhaps we should have a "donation jar" setup... In fact I think I will. No fair for you to have to fund this..
EDIT: I also have 2 decks of 4 colour cards for the PLO tables if wanted
Seems like we have quite a few supporters of this idea.
Does anyone want to volunteer to set this up and monitor it on day of? I have enough going on that I don't want to let it slip. Perhaps a shoe box with a little placard in front to solicit donations for cards, chip upkeep, etc. If we make too much then we'll do an accounting of it and donate to a local charity, ie food bank or similar...
