CNE Casino - parking and passes ?

Hi All,

Anyone on the forum a regular at the CNE Casino each year ?

I've read on some blogs they've issued parking passes in previous years, does this still exist ? If not, where is the best place to park (before the CNE opens) ?

    and so it begins! one month to the CNE limit bonanza (cue Jah with the limit is the devil quote.....because he's right)

    yeah, if you get VIP they will give you a parking pass and a pass to get in. the next year they will mail it to you or ask you to 'requalify'

    qualifying is only playing for 3-4 hours on a day. The next year, you just get it with no need to spend the time (though you would be likely to spend it any way so no biggie either way)

    I work in the area. I know some areas that you can park for 3-4 hours free and after 6pm for free in Liberty Village. I shouldn't be giving away my parking secrets, you might have to pay a fee.

    I wonder why they don't have a big tournament every year at the CNE. It would be a good way to donate to some charities. Maybe they've already tried this?? Any one know??

    starting tomorrow, err, today, just go and play for 3-4 hours and they'll give em to you. no need to pay,

    To those that have gone outside of the CNE Casino, what are the best family-friendly attractions at The Ex this year? I used to leave my kid with Doo-Doo The Clown at Kids World while I snuck off and made money at the poker room, >:D but I think I'll stick to Fallsview/Woodbine from now on.

    We went to the Food Building to eat the infamous Cronut Burger, but we could not find it. We later heard that the vendor had been closed down after 34 CNE patrons fell ill the day before, including five taken to hospital. :o

    And WTF happened to Doo Doo the Clown?! This is the first time in years that I did not see the clown from the movie Billy Madison over at Kids World. "Unbelievable!"

    Good Question my friend, parking passes are non transferable. I need about 2 parking passes as well as 2 entrance passes. If anyone is interested in selling, please let me know as I wouldn't know what to do at the casino for 3 hours. I would definitely lose it all!

    I don't plan on reselling them, it is for personal use. I am looking for one parking pass possibly two and 2 entrance passes. When you park for the first time, they write your license plate number on the parking pass when you enter. It must be displayed on your dashboard matching your plate, hence-non transferable from the first day of use and not from who receives them originally.

    are you going to play the tourny? the structure looks like a complete cluster fuck to to me. payout is incredibly top heavy. is this the kind of tourny you enter only when you know you have an edge on the competition?
