rumours of a announcement sometime this month and rumours of Montreal and Vancouver as stops.

    i think it was under a job description in their hiring part, but i was under flu meds when doing this thread,lol but the rumours of locations and a official announcement this month was like last week.

    I am thinking of hitting them up for a job if this does come together, i have no problem travelling to help run tournaments.:)

    It seems more likely to me that the NAPT has been scrapped in Canada. :'( Canadian governments want to continue to have a monopoly on gambling and don't want any involvement with an online poker site.

    Although it doesn't seem very realistic right now, I've heard it will start in Nov 2009. I believed they tried to get the BCPC as part of it, but due to legal issues, they won't be running satellites to it this year and it's not part of the NAPT.

    I believe the first event is expected to be in Halifax.
