being able to play that many tables at once with a profit is an achievement. how many table were you playing at once? what limits? do you stick with strict pre-flop requirements when playing that many tables at once?
I pulled off a $540US two hour session in Chicago recently but that was a single live table. Still haven't popped my $1k cherry playing 1/2 in a single session. Have come close but still haven't achieved it. One day.

I start out by getting on the waiting lists of any tables with an avg. pot size of around 20 bbs and vpip of 30% +. So when my session starts I'll have maybe up to 9 tables going, but as I get onto tables if I realize my seat at the table is not good (i.e. I have two nits to my right, etc) then I leave and I frequently look for better tables during the session. I'll basically try and narrow it down to 3-4 good tables, and during this session I was mainly playing about 4-6 tables, so I'm definitely not a mass multi-tabler.
My stats are usually pretty taggish but I'll open up my calling range when I'm playing in position against a fish.
That's a pretty sweet session considering live is SO MUCH SLOWER.
