IMO, the way you played that hand you deserved to lose your money, albeit not the case. With that kind of flop, you need to be betting 100% of the time. You raised pre-flop followed by a flat call. You're out of position so it's important to access where you're at in the hand. With all the draws out there, a good feller bet would have given you a sense of where you stand. Also never ever never ever ever never play scared. In this situation you were way ahead, but by not betting out you give your opponent a free card to make 1 of several draws. In those situations you need to charge your opponents when they're drawing.
