pokerstar bad beat story by frosty!!!
pot limit omaha freeroll yes the tourney where all the usual suckout happens...
imagine this first hand i win a pot of over 10 000 chips :O with a str8 4 to 8
so they change me to another table... i get dealt strong poket pair + 2 playable card J 9 K K
so i say raise pot....
i imediatly get like 5 callers 2 raiser my turn re-raise pot.. wich puts 3/4 of them all in so half of them fold... there's still 4 on the flop... the board hits... J Q K .... feelling happy that i hit a set i continue by making the usual continuation re-raise pot size....
and get the 4 caller all in... turn hit J so there 's 2 J 1 Q and 1 K river hits 5.. then what do i see? quad for the winner... i lost approx half of my 10k in chips wich puts me at around 5900 or something close...
very next hand.. i get dealt A A 2 K 2 AK suited A 2 off suit... so i make a powerfull statement like last hand to show my strengt... the flop come... something like 5 9 3.. rainbow board.... turn hits J and on the river another J .... so my mind start to run 100 mph since i took a beat down from quads last turn but said come on what are the odds of that happening twin in a row... so i went almost all in... and got left with 800chips and to my surprise.. another quad J's
have u ever had such a brutal beat down ???
ohh and yes those 800 chips left didnt last long since i play very aggresive like a tag/maniac
anyway just wanted to share my bad beat story with u guys
another update... just got suck'd out by quad 5 went all in with pocket 77 preflop and was happy to see he had pocket 5 i had him dominated but a 5 came on the flop and the 4th on the river ..... i'm really starting to think that its not my day for poker i guess
just joking.... anyway how much of these do u see per day? is rare or common since online poker we get to see more hand like in the millions per day so the odds of seeing quads or royal flush go up ????
ps the second suck out was on a NL tourney btw... so 2 tourney 2 suck out with quad 2 quad j's and 1 quad 5's

Can you even use the phrase Bad Beat when you are playing Omaha?
