  • He's one to talk...a pair of Q's? Okay, thanks for the chips donkey

    But he's right...you DO suck ;)
  • Two thoughts:

    1. You had 78!! You had the nuts!!

    2. Well, if you're going to call the 1300 bet extra, his push becomes 2100 into a pot of 3900, meaning you have to call 2100 into 6000.. 3:1(ish).. you're pot committed, so just put him in PF

    Mark

Agree - personally I like my shot with this hand HU. 78 FTW
  • Any hand with a 7 and a 9 in it is guaranteed. He played the hand like an idiot and go5t caught, your call was semi-questionable as I think you were already committed pre-flop like Mark Said.... Good value to chace the flush draw (or in this case, runner runner straight.

oh boy... shall we pull out some of your OH posts :)
  • If you wanted to really see him snap you should have said something like

"I knew my 78 low hand was good on the flop"

and yes to just shoving pre-flop once he re-raises, but you know that :P
  • You both played your hands pretty badly.

His flop shove of an A high board is horrible and pretty much the only way he can be ahead is if you are drawing to a naked non-nut flush.
