  • Bad timing... I hate those moments, though I think you over played that hand a bit.
  • Why are you playing at work?
  • Does ur boss know you play at work? :D
  • What's wrong with playing at work?
  • Well, maybe if he worked at work he could afford a direct buyin.

Most jobs are salary, whether u work more or less it really doesn't affect the bottom line. Sure it can affect bonuses, but just work harder 3 months before bonuses are given out.

this sparkes a very interesting debate...

I'd like to point out that I don't do that on a regular basis, it was a holiday and since my job exist because there's people working and there wasn't many people working that day wellll... you get my point.

Also... I could afford a direct buyin, 215$ isn't much, but since I'm pretty bad at poker well I won't feel as bad when I bust early if I got in via a satellite !! :)

    don't hate!!!

Maybe yeah... AJs 3handed is still a pretty strong hand though... isn't it?
LeT's say I call his raise, the flop with an ace would have probably killed me right there anyway :)

True, definitely a tough spot... I missed the min raise when I made that comment... I thought you just opened 5xBB... my bad.
