This is not so we can discuss my pre flop calls with 22. It's about me making gross suck outs at key times against the best hand in the game.

  • Yea, you did win that sickening hand, but I still grinded my way back to win ;)
  • GG though Dino... lots of fun!
  • lol....that is the best call I have ever seen, if you aren't severely dominated at least you are flipping.

    Well done OP
  • very nice, is this a cash game or tourny or what though? i cant make anything out of the format of ur post? i would guess it is a cash game but? would you really play 22 this way?

It was a HU Sit N Go... low buy-in. I had Aces, shoved pre-flop expecting him to have something like JJ / QQ / KK by the way he call-raised.

    Haha,

Clearly best means worst here. It was a super low buy in sit and go, for fun, and I honestly made the call lightning quick here.

There were other hands we played where I folded much better to this type of action. I think Graham had just been raising too much the last few hands.

Like he said, I lost every flip over the next few hands and ended up losing the tournament.
  • Its plays like that that keep my career HU wins vs Hork42 at like 4-1.

Yup, it was a bad play.

But the results BBCZ, Consider the results.

Whatever happened to Hork by the by? He was pretty regular around here when I got started.

Actually what I mean was that I always pushed my chips in behind and sucked out to beat him.

He's still alive, he just doesn't play poker anymore.. well.. I think he still plays poker occasionally, just not well.
