  • Dirty Dirty Dirty flop for you Hobbes.

    One of two paths to take...lead out here for 1/2 the pot and either take it down here by showing some force. You're looking at him to fold obviously, so if he does call or raise, you can be pretty much sure he has trips.

    Path 2...check and hope for him to check behind you, or throw out a feeler bet. If his feeler looks scared, c/r him back, might be enough to take it down here. If his bet is more aggressive though, again, be prepared to throw you hand.


    Five hours in is a long time, though, and you have average stack here against someone who can knock you out now, so I would be tempted to fold here.

    Agreed, either the other player has it or not. Just don't get married to the hand and be prepared to fold if a push back comes.
