Tournament in Mississauga
I am doing a tournament in Mississauga ( at Hurontario and Dundas) and it looks like I could use a few more players. It will be on Sunday March the 25th and it is a $90 tournament.
There was dealers for each table and there will be food served at 1pm with the game to start at 2pm
This is not an under ground club. I'm doing it at my brother in laws party room in his Condo unit.
Every player will start with 5000 in chips.
The blinds are 20 minutes and are 25-25, 25-50, 50-100, 100-200, 200-400, 300-600, 400-800, 500-1000, 600-1200,800-1600, 1000-2000, 1500-3000, 2000-4000, 3000-6000, 4000-8000, 5000-10000, 6000-12000, 8000-16000.
If you cant make the tournament but would like to come for cash games, I'm offering a 50c-50c no limit or 50c-$1 no limit game after. The rake is small. Just 10% to $2.
Let me know if interested.

In response to the original post. I like your blind schedule, except for the fact you're missing the 75/150 and 150/300 levels. IIRC I've pointed this out before, and you said it's because the players don't like those levels because they're always making change (I apologize IIdontRC). Is it possible that you're just not giving the players enough T25 chips to start the tourney with? Maybe if you gave them more small chips it would be easier to accomodate those levels and add significantly more play to the early stages of the tourney.
Either way... go to this dude's tourney! I'm sure it's well run based on his speedy replies to all my nitpicky TD posts.

Anyone.
Ya... I thought that joke was pretty funny... It is actually saying that poker is not rigged, in a fecicious way.
