PM's coming DAYS late

Â I've been getting my PM"s upwards of 4-5 days after they were sent... is anyone having this problem? Also, the "Show new posts since last visit" still isn't working for me on my first click of the day - I have to check all unread messages, but then after that the new posts one works fine.
