Anybody else playing in the first-ever tournament :o at Pickering Casino Resort?

CNE Casino continues to run 20%-raked hyper turbo satellites to a semi-final. You can buy a semi-final ticket for $1,840 on Wednesday, with 22% rake. Caesars Windsor is having another $1,500 tournament later this month, with satellites starting this week. After the $1,000 Event last week won by Alexander B., Casino Niagara is resuming its Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday tournaments.

No but I was just at Pickering Casino on the weekend,lol I am down in that area now a little more. :)

First place in the $250 sold-out tournament is $7,056. The next tournament is on August 20.

Was gonna do the pickering but the travel and or presales / limited spots have dissuaded me.

Bit of a story, saw a sign with the rake and thought of blondefish right away lol, only 1 table going and they all looked miserable and I had this weird feeling about it, like they were really wanting a "fish" at the table and they were eyeing me thinking I was one, LOL.
