Hey. Didn't know I had to make a post to get access?

I moved to KW during the pandemic and am looking for a 1/2, 1/3 or 3/5 game. I've been making the drive to Brantford but if I didn't have to I'd prefer to stay local. Thanks.

You mean you did see after you logged in that this was the only forum you could see and didnt do what it told you to do :)

But seriously would like to know of other new members if it was confusing. We do this to stop SPAM bots from attacking the site

MrCaspan: No, I didn't not see any instructions after I logged in. And 'no' I wasn't forced to a specific forum as you suggested... I 'was' able to see threads and posts but was not able to reply.

Directing me to a new user welcome message with instruction sets after my first login would have been helpful. When receiving the confirmation email, having the instructions bullet pointed in that message would also have been helpful.

When you say I did not do what you told me to do... was that via a message you sent me, as I did not see that message?

This is how my experience has gone:
After my first login I assumed my email was confirmed and I had the ability to comment and ask questions. When I was unable to I assumed it was a Firefox issue and tried using Chrome, still no luck. I then went through threads looking for an admin and reached out to two asking for help (maybe you were one of them?) I never heard back from either mod.

I then Googled my issue and that's when I found a link to the new user instructions.

When I click on my discussions I get the following error: ... Well, I can't show you the screenshot as the "Attach Image" function is not working for me.

To answer you're last question if the process was confusing. It wouldn't have been if the instruction were emailed or presented to me first. It would have saved me a lot of time.
