PLO SPECIFIC

- When determining the size of the pot pre-flop, the SB will be considered a BB for this calculation. (This means that the maximum size of a (non-SB/BB) opening raise is 4xBB)
- Any other clarifications that I need to make here?

Better to sign-up late than cancel last minute
FYI WSOP does not count antes as part of the pot preflop and the small blind is not rounded up to big blind for pot calculation. Not sure if you were trying to make the calculations easier but using 5x for pot preflop made the structure into pretty much total bingo. By the second level 100/200/200, opening pot was 1000 or 10% of starting stack. In OP you stated opening pot was to be 4x so including the antes during the tourney was a surprise.

If the small blind is 50% of big blind then standard for tournaments is 3.5x bb for opening pot.

Agreed. 5x BB opening was weird.
