It's pretty simple overall, but requires an Instapot or pressure cooker. I do make a few changes though:
1) I substitute approximately 1/3 of the ground beef for ground bison (Costco carries it).
2) I use half the amount of beans the recipe asks for as I prefer my chili more meaty.
3) I normally use white kidney beans instead of red.
