Hello,
My name is Waqas and I have been poker for over 10 years now. I started in University where I learned how to play the game. Then I got introduced to Full Tilt and played for "fun" for years. I
I started playing online seriously 3 years ago again. I am now looking to take my game further and plug my leaks. I play mostly on Pokerstars, and 888. I am a micro and low tourney grinder but I occasionally get into the mid tourneys via satellites.
I live in Oakville and don't have any poker buddies to talk to about hands or discuss strategies. I would like to make or join a nice social circle weather it be online (skype etc.) or meet up once in a while to talk cards.
I love watching the twitch streamers grind out tourneys and Jaime Staples, Kevin Martin and Tonkaa are some amazing Canadian streamers that give me a lot of motivation and insight into the game. I realized they all have a amazing positive poker social that help them improve their game daily.
Let me know if anyone is interested or can point me to the right direction.
Lets Crush!!!
Regards
Waqas

There are lots of local games, Hamilton, Kitchener, Cambridge that you can get to to meet others if you like.

That sounds great. I don't play live though. I haven't played live poker in over 2 years and even then it was just at a buddies house. But maybe that's how I am going to get to know people that also play online as well.
Thank You
