Poker goals?

Just wondering if anyone here has ever thought about or has indeed set out poker goals? I'm not talking about "winning a WSOP bracelet" or a specific win-rate or $$ figure. These are results - and hey, we are poker players and we are not results oriented - right?
I'm talking about goals/methods that will help our game and improve our poker results.
Some of the things I'm thinking about are:
- bank roll management
- cash game stakes
- MTT's
- live/online
- poker training
- ??

I will continue this later....(just want to get a discussion going on this topic)

BTW. I may have posted this in wrong area of forum but, the majority of my play is live in a casino poker room so I thought this was as good a place as any...
