philliivey I had a situation somewhat similar but obv a lesser degree, I was working with a rep to correct a problem with a deposit but the system kept adding money to my account. I was of course honest and told them extra money was added, Finally got fixed and they gave me $100. :)
trigs lol yeah i read this. the guy also gambled away a few thousand and withdrew like 8 grand and won't give it back. they offered him $1000 for the hassle and he refused.
