[deleted] I've lived in Vancouver for the better part of a decade now, but played all of my early live poker at Brantford. I'll be visiting the room there on the 19th of March after flying overnight from Vancouver so I should be giving the monies away. I'm curious about what they're spreading there now? We used to play the five/ten kill but I'd heard they switched it to a 4/8. Can anyone confirm or deny? Is the room busy? Thanks for any help you can provide.
djgolfcan Was there today for a tournament. It is a busy room and yes, its 4/8 now, instead of 5/10. But they have 10/20 and 20/40 games running as well. Busiest is evenings and weekends, obviously.

[deleted] Some of the casinos, like Point Edward went to a 1/2 spread limit game that plays more like a no limit game I guess... but isn't. The funny thing to me when I played was immediately noticing how much smaller the pots were in this big 1/2 "real poker" game vs. the old 5 and 10 game. Sure, you can bluff every now and then, or push a guy off a draw, but you win less.
