compuease Well, just installed the Windows technical preview on my laptop to review. First impressions, much smoother and seemingly more logical than Windows 8. Faster feel for sure. Will update more here as I drive it around more.. Likely release date is fall 2015.
Bfillmaff cool, will be interested to hear the results. As much as people hate on Windows I've always been a fan. Not including a few terrible releases of course!
compuease Going to virtualize my Windows 8.1 machine and run it as a virtual box under Win 10, not sure why I want to do that but perhaps cuz I can? Have a number of customers running virtual XP O/S's under Windows 7 or on Server 2012 so have some experience, will be interesting to see how it runs. Geez, I'm a geek..
compuease Well so far pretty impressed, boot up time 13 seconds from power on to IE11 up and at google...
compuease Ahhh, fail... So am reloading Win 8.1 from scratch.. Realized that Hyper-V is not fully active in the preview edition yet so I can't use it to run my 8.1 system in it. After I get 8.1 reloaded I will try to run the preview edition in Hyper-V under 8.1... Should have read a little more first...
