I cannot get hands to import from 888/Pacific -- anyone else have issues?

Have you set a hand history folder in the 888 software?
Has this worked before for you?

you have to set poker software to import and save hand histories. you also have to make sure that PT4 has the proper folder for the hand histories selected.

It's set up correctly...Party works fine. I read that 888 has issues sometimes and I have to delete/reinstall software...will see if that works.

did it work? i've never played on 888 so i wouldn't know if there were compatibility issues.

Yes... Had to reinstall 888 now it works
