Is there any way to stop the feature that turns posts in caps into lowercase ...at least for short posts?
I get not wanting to read the super long posts in all caps, but sometimes the extra emphasis is funnier.

I think Scoops turned it on when TORONTO ACES was spamming the forum, etc.. It really seemed like a good idea at the time. Tho.
