Milo;384402 wroteIf you want a truly close shave you need to ditch the 12 blade razors (or whatever # they are up to. Just get an old fashioned safety razor with the double sided blades. Nothing will shave you as close, except a straight razor. It will take a little bit of time to get proficient with one, but the blades last longer, and the shave is better once you do. I use a Fusion for every day shaves, but when I want to look nice, I use the od fashioned . . . want to buy a straight razor and learn how to wield it, though.
Love going to "my" shop for a hot towel shave. I get the top and bottom shaved for $30.00 including tip. It's a helluva deal. Sadly, shops in this Province are no longer allowed to used straight razors for sanitary reasons.
Bottom shaved.... I'd hope the tip was pretty good.
Seriously though. Who needs a freaking shave close enough for a straight razor? That's insane. Who the hell is even going to notice.
