Just checked and P* is no longer scheduling regular games which makes sense given how long it's been since anyone actually played in them. I'm still listed as an admin so I can schedule games. Buzzzarrd is still the club manager, so for anyone who wants to join the league we'll have to get in touch with him.

Funny, we have 158 members in the club when only about 7 played regularly. We might need to prune that down if we get close to the limit. Can't remember what the limit was. (Jesus, I'm having trouble remembering a lot this morning.)

I seem to remember we did something different with the blind structure and payout schedule. Can't remember the details for sure.

$2000 in chips, top 2 paid, can't remember what else? Drtyore might be able to help out with this?

Sundays started at 8:30 and Thursdays at 9:30? We can check old threads to confirm this.

Tonight would obviously not be a good day to start these given the short notice and the fact that it's Happy Turkey day.

I don't recall much in the way of structure, but I'd guess we went for a pretty laid back / slow type. Games with 10-15 people (a rarity) generally took like 90 minutes IIRC?

Was there something else you were trying to remember?

I think we bumped the starting stacks up to $2k. I can't remember if we adjusted the blind level intervals. I don't think so.

I seem to remember the constant point of discussion being the start times. Some wanted them earlier, some were fine the way it was. Personally, I can't stay up to 11pm anymore if I'm working.

I used to play in a league online, we played it as a Limpfest SNG. Pre-flop, call or fold only option, turn and river played as normal NL. It was fun, added a little something different to the game.

yes, it was on stars or FT cant remember which one. If you raised by accident pre you had to fold after flop.

Hoping to get these started up again this week.

The Thursday games started at 9:30pmest and the Sunday games 8:30pmest.

I did some searching around in this subforum and found some info about the structure we used before. Any input or change suggestions? This was in a post from around 2011, I can't remember if we changed them since then.

'The starting stacks are 2k, blinds start at 15/30, 10min levels with the antes kicking in around level 4.'

Is there any interest in these again? They had been very poorly attended for the last year. It is not worth setting them up again, if we are going to have to fight to get four players for a game.

Maybe, we should just try to run Sunday's and see if we get more players that way.
