BlondeFish;381695 wroteStartles, what do you think about Breakout Gaming and its BRO coin? It's being pumped by old-time pros such as Layne Flack, Jennifer Harman, Ted Forrest, and David Benyamine.
Just like the BAP with negative mark-up, my Spidey senses are tingling. :-\ It claims to have 46,672 Facebook likes and
12,000 Twitter followers, almost all of which could be fake.
Seems your pretty fast as this is breaking just yesterday on the main bitcoin forum. And this is how fast the technology is moving, I knew there are other "secret" projects not yet released to the public. This one has the support of many people in the industry.
The "followers" are fake, they are having troubles with spammers and trolls, but the project is legit and one of the 2 + 2ers that has been following the decentralized poker movement is working on it.
It's too new and not disclosed to really look at it but it seems they have all the technical stuff in order (on paper that is).
I suspect there will be many of these project coming to light over the next couple months. This one is set to start launching next month I believe they said, and bitfrog gaming at the end of this year.
As that happens the ability to open and run a crytpo backed site will be a matter of cut and paste (ok its prob still way harder), but there will be many sitescompeting with each other in this regard. Its very interesting as we will see a survival of the fittest where some will skyrocket and some will bomb, all putting pressure on the industry to bring a better product to the customers within it.
This project is already targeting india and asia which are seemingly completely untapped. It's obviously super volatile to be investing in these projects but we can see the interesting concept of getting in early, as playing on these sites and or "investing" in their "coin" not only has the benefits of using it, but also might prove beneficial as a speculative investment.
All in all here is the thing: Over a year ago I re wrote Nash's paper "idea money" with pokersites instead of banks and chips instead of money, an this is the scenario it exactly spelled out. This is how I know who created "bitcoin"
Ideal Poker
On the bitcoin forum
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=783682.0 this is prob the best place for the technical minded to debate and rip the "holes" apart.
Jen Harman is def on board

How fast is this moving? Every morning I wake up to mind blowing change in all aspects of our economic growth...
We are moving on to a 2nd level of technological growth while the public hasn't barely heard of and is seemingly no where near adopting the first.
What will happen with bitcoin, and other crypto technology when the entire poker industry shifts to it?
All in all, what we are going to witness in the poker industry is a DRAMATIC shift in effective rake, while simultaneously breath great life in the game of poker through the influx of the rest of the world (specifically asia/india etc.).
I have to feel like the previous stars Isia et al MUST have seen this coming, and are probably involved in one of these "start ups", and I also must feel that pokerstars is headed for a very difficult time as the general population on 2 + 2 is disgusted by their interaction with the player pool, and most of the rest of the players in the world are pretty wise to the fact that the game is "rigged". Sure its provably fair, but when the effective rake is too high, you experience bad beats too often.
I have some other interesting stuff on the subject, its a little to detailed and dense at this point, but this all is growing so fast its pretty much losing its "taboo" feature and becoming important mainstream discussion. We all wanna be on the early train right?
Here's an example of the change from the technolgoy:

Certificates for a pioneering course on cryptocurrencies by the University of Nicosia in Cyprus were recorded on the block chain yesterday, allowing anyone to verify their authenticity.
