If I lose my Hotmail login info I'm banned from playing in a website???
if you lose your hotmail info (and for some reason that bars you from signing into the pokerstars client which makes no sense to me whatsoever), the onus is on you to contact pokerstars and tell them of your situation in hopes that they can help you.
what you
don't do is not tell them anything and start a new account which is in direct violation of their terms of service. furthermore, if you happen to lose info on a second account, you do not start a third, fourth, etc. account without first contacting pokerstars and telling them of your situation.
granted, i agree that pokerstars waiting until to attempt to withdraw before saying anything to you is obviously a dick move, but you are still at fault in the matter. pokerstars can't be blamed because you (like the majority of people) didn't read the terms of service when you signed up. believe it or not, those things aren't just written up for fun.
