Grey Eagle and Deerfoot in Calgary. Mostly 2/5/10 straddle PLO no cap to BI -- I normally buy in for $700-1k depending on the table. I feel like I could make more buying-in deeper at times, but I don't like to risk over 1k early in a session given that I sometimes have to get it in with only a small edge. Some 1/2 NLH 500max only at GE...DF is $300 max and I hate playing 1/2 when I can't start deep.
Rake is standard for Alberta -- 5% $5 max plus jackpot.
