Let me see if I got this straight.Milo;402874 wroteCLEARLY does not understand what this thread is about.
You want someone to die 3 weeks before Christmas so you can win 5.00?
Huh? Dead Pool is over, Brent . . . the joke is that Zsa Zsa is indestructible. Or are you referring to my wager with johnnieH. Because that has a rollover component if she survives 2016.
Makes me want to revive dead pool though, Brent you in?
Not much point . . . you can't ALL pick Zsa Zsa . . . and who else is left?compuease;402891 wroteMakes me want to revive dead pool though, Brent you in?
God speed, John Glenn. Last of the Mercury 7 astronauts immortalized in the classic, The Right Stuff.
Folks . . . if you all wish to keep posting in here, feel free. This will be my last entry in this thread. After the passing of my Father in the summer, I find myself not wanting to bother with anything related to the subject of mortality. It has been somewhat of a downer for me coming to this thread to add names, even though my connection is of a tenuous one at best. I have tried to be a more upbeat person over the last few months, and this sort of thing just does not help me do that.
Sorry, but I am going to stop now.

Alan Thicke, 69, died of a heart attack while playing hockey.
Sorry for your loss. When my dad died it effected me a lot more than I thought it would. I think about him a lot.Milo;402914 wroteFolks . . . if you all wish to keep posting in here, feel free. While I enjoy this thread because it celebrates the life of those who have passed, I have never liked the concept of Dead Pools which only celebrate deaths.

Comp, I would like to officially request that this thread now be "locked" The last entry should be the most appropriate.
Zsa Zsa Gabor, 99, has left us.

Incidentally, the last "winner" will be JohnnieH, as we had a small wager between ourselves with respect to Zsa Zsa.
That is very kind of you, considering that I had completely forgotten about our bet. I *think* it was an +/- on her living past a certain age, but I'm clueless as to the betting line and the amount.Milo;403090 wroteIncidentally, the last "winner" will be JohnnieH, as we had a small wager between ourselves with respect to Zsa Zsa.
The only detail I remember was that, if she survived 2016, then the sides were switched and the stakes doubled. I am satisfied with our agreement. You earned it after all the teasing she did during the Pool.
Should we now lock the thread?
I know I don't post on here much anymore. But I saw this today and had to pop in when I saw it.
Hope you kids are all doing well, have a Merry Christmas and a great New Year.
She finally died.

Funny thing is my nephew gets notice of this on his phone during Christmas dinner: suspected, but now confirmed gay.
