I understand your frustrations and the need to vent sometimes. Hand #1, how and why did you only have < one big blind? With that stack size left, your not playing poker any more its push and pray. Hand #2, sucks but, meh it happens i guess.

1st hand - I lost a flip the one previous AK < 99 and left me a micro stack

1st Hand: You called a shove on the button with KJos and got lucky on the turn and the better hand preflop caught up on the river. All the money was in preflop, you sucked out and the AK re-sucked out on the river.

2nd Hand: That's a bit of a cooler. Hard to fold a set. Some people say never fold a set. Not much you could do there, unless you had an excellent read of the situation.
