Awsome why is there no mention of starting stacks and if they only allowing there 600max playersas usual , Unless i missed it as am looking on my phone screen is damaged. And now with this schedule if you play the 1k it over laps with the 2.5k and the 2.5 over laps the 5k. ERRR!!! I have been able to play all three events every year now what. And so its a WPT but no mention on brochure if main event winner gets entrance to WPT championship. I waited for this announcement and it has some key info Missing and WPT site has nothing much on it anyone know these details

They only overlap on day 3.

Just bust on day 2 and you are gold. :D

Oh ok thanks, its actually a shame they didnt run a day1a and 1b on that 1k as it would genrrate a nice payday for 1st, as that event is always the most popular and sells out in about 30days and now that it a WPT event its going to sell out even faster

I agree. They could get 600 runners in the 1K. The overlap sucks, if you satty into all three events and go deep in one will they let you start late ?

Why does it seem like fallsview never gets it right.

The overlap is only for the final table.

Day 3 is scheduled to be for the final table (most likely of 10 players)

Well as i plan on winning all three events you can see how i would be concernd with the overlaps. This thing is going to be nuts I am heading there friday to play a few satalites , i will give any updates on starting stacks and satalite progress and anything else

Confirmed WPT at Fallsview Casino from Feb 18 to 24, 2014 using WPT Blind Structure and 30K starting chip stack for the main event. The two other events 1.1K & 2.5K have also doubled starting chip stacks and use WPT blind Structure. This one will be busy guys, let's go!

Not only can you start late but they will not blind you out. Deadline is round 9.

Does this mean the $1100 has 10,000 chips, and the $2500 has 20,000 chips? Will the $5K and 30K chips have exactly the same blind structure as the WPT Montreal ME in Playground?

That is correct. Starting stacks are 10K, 20K, 30K for the three events. Blind structure is the same at MTL.

Good news I suppose since they should get a better turnout. Making it a WPT event doesn't seem to change anything here except better promotion, and more online satellites. It's a non-televised event with likely little to no big name pro's in it so it's not REALLY a true WPT event in the way that Montreal was.

They haven't added any events so I'm still disappointed with this.

As for those concerned about conflicts, if you make it to Day 3 then you're at the final table anyways and you can always late reg.

I guess I'll take a go at some of the satellites just for the heck of it.

2% fee for credit cards. Getting a cash advance at Fallsview is worse, so bring lots of cash for the satellites, cash games, deal-making, buying and selling. I'll be using my front money account at Fallsview a LOT.

What is the blind structure ? Please don't say "same as Montreal" as I have no idea what the blind structure was in Montreal.

Somewhere in this thread someone said the WPT blind structure.

Structure below is for main event. I guess the $1100 and $2500 will follow this but with 10k and 20k starting chips
