Did CNE get rid of the 2/5 Limit last year (with hard-to-beat $7.50 max rake)? There are only 5/10+ Limit games again this year. I would think casual players would prefer paying only a $2 big blind at Woodbine than $5 at CNE.
Flopped_Nuts;356421 wroteI may give Woodbine a shot one of these days, but I don't know how much I'll like playing electronic tables. I'm a traditionalist and like having cards in my hand and tossing chips around, much the same as how I prefer reading an actual book or newspaper to electronic copy.
I thought the same way of online/electronic poker, ebooks, electronic devices/toys, social media, etc. But
resistance is futile for us old-fashioned dinosaurs. Woodbine poker will probably be raking in ~$1 million/year :o so there will be more forumer nights out wanting a piece of that HUGE :fish: pie instead of just micro home games against decent players.
As part of my plan to have even higher ROI/winnings live than online, I was trying to buy an Ed Miller paperback shipped to Canada, but it was so overpriced compared to the many good poker ebooks, so I bought an ebook instead for the first time.
