But yeah, speed and accuracy are a big factor. If the dealer is personable as well, it can loosen up an otherwise tight game...gets people chatting and enjoying themselves..makes people feel comfortable.
well, so far I've learned pitching, shuffling cutting chips tray management, proceedures for handling cash clearing you hands and a decent chunk of roulette multipliers in little under 48 hours so I feel like I could do this ^^'
