Playing a rebuy tonight and after the 75/150 level it dropped back to 10/20. :D

That's an action hour structure.

So I guess you join just before the add-on, rebuy immediately and add on. ;)

Best strat is to go buck wild crazy during turbo/rebuy period and chip up like crazy before reg structure and play deeeeep :)
