I would have to agree that poker dealers at GBH have the highest error rate since I went back to playing live. On some shifts, I have to watch the dealer more for the next error instead of watching the players! There was a funny incident in a table with Popkorn where a long-time dealer could not count the all-in stack so I quickly said what the total was, but it took the dealer another five minutes to count the same number I got.
In the $550 Deep Stack, in which at least three forumers made the final two tables, some players kept complaining that there was too much play! As a result, all future Deep Stacks will be 1/3 shorter at only 30-minute blinds. :(
The regular TD (John ???) was not running the tournament like he usually does, but was running one of the pits. Not sure what is going on with that, as he was a pretty good TD their.
It appears that John has passed the torch to Jeff, who is now in charge of poker. I signed up for the email list being circulated in the last tournament (sold-out as usual), so it's good that there will be regular poker communication.
Unlike the terrible Fallsview TD, players could easily chat with Jeff without fear of being thrown out of the casino! :p
