Looks like this is going down Friday, November 30, & Saturday, December 1...with the finals on Sunday, December 2.

I know some people are heading to WPT Montreal...is anyone planning on trying this one?

WPT Montreal is the weekend before those dates.

However some of us are travelling to Mohegan Sun for The Deepstacks Poker Tour that weekend

What's wierd about this tourney's structure is, instead of saying how many levels they are playing on the different Day 1's, they set the number of players they are playing down to. There is a matrix in the rules depending on how many starting players there are. eg if they have 120, they play down to 15. If they have only 60, they play down to 8.

Then Day 2 starts at Day 1's level 6, regardless of where the two Day 1's finished.

Last time I was at Point Edward Casino, there was NL cash games, but due to Ontario's stoopid rules for charity casinos, the maximum bet was always $100, so I adjusted my NL strategies.
