It's a gross dilemma and a long shot to correct, but already got a response that he'll make an effort to find right person. You could play Montreal right? I'd say t$ is not likely, but just guessing. You are a reg though, so hopefully they look at that and keep PR in mind. Tough, cause once door opens...

Glad it worked out T8, sure that CS would have eventually got to same place on their own, prob take a shit ton of phone calls and redirects as with any department of its kind with a global presence.
