I just think he can have top pairs and such in his range, his bet isn't super indicative of being "extremely polarize". If he overbet river I would think his range is extremely polarized.
As for the flat pre with KJo it depends on his pre-flop stats, if I just saw the person was a SNE I would generally think flatting is a mistake since SNE = lots of hands = lots of tables = playing less hands. BTP says this SNE is a HU SNG player, so it's quite possible his ranges are wider than optimal, thus KJo is ahead of his range. I'd say he needs to be raising at least KTo and a fair few suited kings for flatting to be good. I also think in this spot 3-betting isn't a good option. My default would be to fold and not consider 3-betting, but I would flat some people here for sure, specifically the guys who open like K2s or J9o in this spot (there are some who will).
