MOOSE CASINO on top

CHIP EMPORIUM on the bottom but not wrapped like you have it.

Like you show in the bottom left but with CHIP EMPORIUM instead of CAMBRIDGE.
Correct.

Forget the & symbol. It throws off the look of the chip.

and This

Think it would look very sharp
Or, instead of the ampersand, just use a "+" if you feel you have to have something tying top and bottom together. Personally, I would skip it entirely.
Improvaments:

Not sure if I like the Moose Casino/Chip Emporiun wording.
The gold stamping looks really sharp on the red chips.
I see what you're saying now Moose, it doesn't roll off the tongue very well without the '&' in there. Maybe try 'Moose's' too, with the "&" symbol, but then it might look too busy.
My suggestion would be Moose Casino Emporium. Having chip in there is a little redundant if you have Casino. Alternatively, go with Moose Chip Emporium.

Brands modernize and adapt to changing perceptions.

Moose's basement is like the Taj Mahal of gambling in the KW/Cambridge area. Like Mecca, every poker player in the region should make at least one pilgrimage to Moose's in their lifetime. Emporium is an apt name for that but you only need one reference to gambling/chips/poker.

And don't worry about the felt, it's now vintage.
Like STR8's suggestion re: 's

This, but AJ is right. It needs the 's You could sneak the & symbol on the bottom also:
Moose's Casino
& Emporium
Personally, I like silver font vs gold, but the gold still looks great.
Nope it's not Moose's Casino just like it is not Flamingo's Casino.

Flamingo Casino
Moose Casino

These ones will be gold because my hot stamped tourney chips are silver.
I agree. You don't need the apostrophe s. And I like Moose Casino Emporium better than Moose Chip Emporium. It just sounds more regal, plus you have the other table games.

Oh right, the felt doesn't have the 's does it? Go with what KWSteve said then.
Casino Emporium is awkward grammtically. As for the apostrophe "S" (or absence of it), wasn't it called The Flamingo? You are not in the habit of referring to your place as "The" Mosse Casino, are you?
Whatever. I'm not worried about the wording just the look. It's either going to be MOOSE CASINO/CAMBRIDGE or MOOSE CASINO & CHIP EMPORIUM. I'm getting mockups done both ways.
Putting Cambridge on it is a good idea.
I think MOOSE CASINO/CAMBRIDGE wins for the simplicity of it. Anyone who has ever been on this Forum, KNOWS you have more chips then most "real" cardrooms, anyway . . .

Looking forward to the mock-ups.

What if Moose moves outa Cambridge?

That's going to be an interesting listing on mls.
I would happily make an offer for his casino supplies . . . purely as a gesture of goodwill, to help offset his moving expenses, and also to help fund a fresh order of NEW SUPPLIES.
Top or bottom. Remember chips land randomly in the pot or in your stack, so in the top sometimes the text will be completely upside down to you, whereas the bottom design, some text will always be facing you.
