I can't connect to forum on any browser wtf. I can connect on smartphone which is what I am doing now.

its just the forum? trouble shoot it to there then the mods will know

Check the date and time on your computer.

When mine has a power surge or failure, it resets the date to 2007, and nothing works, until I reset the date/time to the correct one.

empty all temporary internet files, caches, cookies, etc.

reboot and try again.

What exactly does it show when trying to connect?? Does it just say no connection to site?

if its not a simple mod thing then philli make sure you can log onto banking sites and other password sites before you say its only the forum

And can you take your laptop in question to a neighbours or friends and see if you can get to the website from there?
